The Manches Cup 2005 will be the 15th staging of the event and promises to be the largest and most spectacular to date. As the main social, sporting and networking event for lawyers, the Manches Cup has established itself as one of the largest regattas in the country.
The Manches Cup is open to competitors of all levels of experience, from the complete novice to the expert yachtsman.
Entry is open to crews from:
Ø Law firms
Ø In-house counsel
Ø Barristers' chambers
Ø Suppliers to the legal community.
The overall winner of the regatta will be awarded the Manches Cup Championship Trophy, allowing one crew from divisions 1, 2 or 3 to be identified as the best team from the entire field of competitors – what an achievement!
As a new development for 2005, crews with 3 or more in-house lawyers onboard will qualify for entry into the Hays Legal In-House category and will compete for the Hays Legal In-House Trophy. |
